Current Members

All members bring experience serving on corporate boards, including publicly traded, private, private equity portfolio, family office, and early-stage companies. Our meetings operate under the Chatham House Rule to ensure full confidentiality and non-attribution. We host quarterly member experience in-person programs each year, with additional sessions held via Zoom. Members also enjoy occasional social gatherings.

Programs are member-driven: initiated, organized, and led by our own members and structured as interactive discussion sessions. This encourages active engagement with lead speakers and panelists. Almost all members either live in or maintain a strong connection to Orange County, California to more easily facilitate in person meetings of members.
